Shipping and payment terms
Processing times:
Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, the processing and delivery of your order in Germany (Germany) takes place within10 working days* ,for deliveries abroad within 14 working days* after receipt of material in our laboratory, Sutthauser Str. 76, 49080 Osnabrück and the clarification of all open questions about your order. Your order will be delivered as a DHL parcel with tracking option and parcel insurance and will take 2 working days to get to you. Please note that there will be no deliveries on Sundays and public holidays. For orders with print products an additional 5 working days are required.
If you pick up the goods yourself, we will inform you within 10 working days* by email about the completion of the goods and the collection options. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged. For orders with print products, another 5 working days are required.
In Germany a delivery of the digital data will be by DVD or USB-Stick/HDD or download link due to your order.
Outside of Germany we deliver digital data (Imges/Video clips) by a download link which will be delivered by E-Mail after the order is processed and finalized. A delivery on USB-Stick/HDD will not be possible due to EU law.
In any case the analogue film & photo materials will be completly provided back to the customer.

Delivery takes place in Germany (Germany) and the following countries : EU, Switzerland, Norway, UK.
Packaging for shipping:
When sending your film or photo material, we place a large great importance on security!
The analog film and / or photo materials you have sent in are unique, valuable memories and are carefully packed by us so that they arrive safe and sound with you. Professional packaging with moisture protection and padding in solid cardboard are therefore standard. For the packaging and the necessary material (cardboard & packaging material) of your order, we charge a flat rate 2,95€ per order.
Shipping / logistics:
without exception sent as a traceable package. This guarantees safe and fast shipping and offers the ability to track your shipment on the internet with the help of a tracking number.

Note for customers in countries outside the EU
The ones offered by use Digitization or Data recovery is a customs service and not a delivery of a product! A VAT refund is for Services not possible because the 19% VAT has to be paid by us on site!
Please declare Your material that you send to us as provided s material for providing the service. Declare the current material value of your film and photo material and not the ideal value. This enables us to make the correct customs declaration of the service provided and saves a lot of administrative effort and costs.

For domestic deliveries (Germany) you have the following payment options:
- Cash payment at the point of sale
- Prepayment by SEPA transfer
- Payment by credit card via PayPal (also without PayPal account possible)
- Payment by PayPal Plus / PayPal Express
- Payment by Invoice up to 500,00€
